Chaste Tree Berry
Botanical Name: Vitex agnus castus
 
Known as "the women's herb," this natural remedy is often used to address menstrual irregularities, PMS, and the more severe premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), as well as symptoms of menopause. It may also help with fibrocystic breast conditions, female infertility, and preventing miscarriage in women with low progesterone levels. Additionally, it supports controlling postpartum bleeding, expelling the placenta after childbirth, and enhancing breast milk production.
