Elderberry

Botanical Name: Sambucus nigra

 

Known for its antioxidant properties, this tea supports lower cholesterol levels, enhances vision, strengthens the immune system, promotes heart health, and aids in relief from coughs, colds, flu, and bacterial or viral infections. It helps protect against cell damage and also works to reduce fever.

 

Recommended use: Add 1 teaspoon of tea to 8-12 oz of boiling water (212°F). Steep for 3-4 minutes before consuming. Do not eat berries raw.
